Must have previous staffing industry experience or demonstrable inside sales success

Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities through cold calling and site visits to increase and expand client penetration within new and existing accounts
  • Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including our extensive candidate database, on-line sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best talent is presented to clients
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with client companies and client candidates
  • Meet and exceed assigned personal sales & production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous staffing industry experience
  • Proven inside-sales track record
  • Superior account management skills resulting in strong client relationships
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and integrity with a competitive spirit
  • Willingness to embrace work outside the regular 9-5 routine
  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
