Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting methods including, our extensive candidate database, on-line sourcing and REFERRALS!
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure only the best talent is presented to clients
- Use all resources - phone, face-to-face meetings, and networking - to identify prospective accounts within target market segments
- Develop opportunities to increase and expand client penetration within new and existing accounts
- Develop relationships and make 'Raving Fans' of your client companies/candidates
- Meet and exceed assigned personal sales & production goals
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record, preferably within the staffing industry
- Superior customer service skills resulting in strong client relationships
- Serious interest in attending networking events
- High Energy, Initiative, Integrity and a Competitive Spirit
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
- Enthusiastically embrace work before/after the typical nine-to-five routine
