As a Temporary Staffing Representative working with JOHNLEONARD, you are eligible for our generous and attainable benefit package which includes:

Johnleonard BenefitsHealth Insurance – Once eligibility requirements are met, Temporary Staffing Representatives can participate in our health insurance program.

Introductory BonusJOHNLEONARD will give you an extra bonus upon completion of your first four hundred and eighty (480) hours of work.

401(K) – Enables all qualified Temporary Staffing Representatives to make pre-tax deferrals through payroll deductions to save for your retirement. 

Holiday Pay – Earn an additional (4) paid holidays after working a minimum number of hours with JOHNLEONARD.

Vacation Bonus – Temporary Staffing Representatives receive a paid vacation bonus upon completion of 950 hours worked within a six month period.

FREE Online Software TrainingJOHNLEONARD provides online tutorials aimed at helping you enhance your skills and marketability in today's career environment.

Tuition Scholarship – All student Temporary Staff Representatives registered with and working with JOHNLEONARD are eligible to win $1,000 scholarship.

Referral Bonuses – Know a friend that might be interested in receiving help with their job search or finding temporary work?  Refer a friend and you can receive up to $150 cash bonus for each referred individual whom we successfully help.

Temporary of the Month – Every month, JOHNLEONARD awards $100 to our most outstanding Temporary Staffing Representative.

Temporary of the Year – Each year you have an opportunity to be awarded $500 as our Temporary of the Year.
