Full Charge Bookkeeper/ HR Administrator

Our client, a packaging firm north of Boston, is looking for a bookkeeper/HR administrator to add to their team.  Duties in this position include:

  • Supporting accounts payable/receivable department, matching invoices and purchase orders
  • Processing payroll using ADP Pay Expert
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Greeting visitors, performing reception duties
  • Preparing outgoing invoices
  • Ordering supplies

In addition to experience with relevant software, a successful bookkeeper/ admin must be capable and willing to learn to use ERP computer program.  Computer skills and attention to detail are essential, and a college degree is preferred.

Experience with Quick Books, ADP Pay Expert, Word, and Excel needed!
