Full Charge Bookkeeper/ HR Administrator
February 22nd – February 25th

Our client, a packaging firm north of Boston, is looking for a bookkeeper/HR administrator to add to their team. Duties in this position include:
- Supporting accounts payable/receivable department, matching invoices and purchase orders
- Processing payroll using ADP Pay Expert
- Processing incoming mail
- Greeting visitors, performing reception duties
- Preparing outgoing invoices
- Ordering supplies
In addition to experience with relevant software, a successful bookkeeper/ admin must be capable and willing to learn to use ERP computer program. Computer skills and attention to detail are essential, and a college degree is preferred.
Experience with Quick Books, ADP Pay Expert, Word, and Excel needed!
