Administrative Assistant - Manufacturing
Our client, a Cambridge manufacturing company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
- Generating purchase requisition report, securing proper authorization, placing orders
- Daily production reconciliation
- Tracking monthly inventory variances
- Supporting Oracle system transactions
- Coordinating the entry of month end physical inventory data and cycle count spreadsheet
- Generating and analysis of daily inventory reports within Oracle
- Assisting in the development of strategies to improve operational efficiencies and increasing profits
- Tracking supplier on-time deliveries
In addition to relevant experience, a successful candidate must have a high school degree or higher, as well as:
- Excellent Word, Excel, and Access skills, Oracle experience highly preferred
- Formal training or education in an administrative or business discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hours for this position are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
2-4 years of administrative experience in a purchasing or business environment needed!

Our client, a Cambridge school, is looking to hire two Administrative Assistants ASAP to work in their main building.
Duties of the Administrative Assistants include:
- Assisting students, parents, and faculty regarding the school’s routine
- Administrative support including answering the phones, calendar management, filing, mailings, meeting coordination
- Supporting the Director in communications between faculty, parents, and students
- Meeting and event management
- Record keeping including tracking absences and tardiness
In addition to relevant experience, a successful candidate must have:
- Windows proficiency (Word, Excel) and preferably database software (FileMaker Pro)
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive filing system
- Experience managing calendars and events
- Ability to work independently and complete projects by certain deadlines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends

Our client, a technology driven consumer products company located in Cambridge, MA, which aims to apply technology to solve beauty challenges, is looking for an Office Administrator to add to their team.
Duties of the Office Administrator include:
- Research and development support including being responsible for recruiting and screening participants, sending appointment reminders, managing consent forms, data entry and meeting scheduling needs
- Customer service duties including greeting visitors and guests, and answering phones
- Operational and general administrative duties including assisting in purchasing lab and office supplies, handling mail, updating contact lists
A successful Office Administrator must have a proactive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrated leadership qualities. Some applicable office experience is preferred.

Senior Accountant – Temporary Position

Senior Accountant – 4 weeks
Our client is looking for a Temporary Senior Accountant to join their team ASAP. The assignment is located in Cambridge, MA and will last for 4 weeks.
Duties of the Senior Accountant:
- Create journal entries
- Create client invoices
- Set up billing schedule
- Participate in month-end close (following the standard set of procedures)
- Manage contractor time and payments
- Manage accounts receivable (billing process, track due payments, communicate with project managers to ensure payments are made on-time throughout project)
- Coordinate check runs with Accounting Administrator
- Collect signed contracts and keep on file in an organized, understandable format
- Keep abreast of daily cash balances
- Provide accurate weekly progress updates
- Report Account Receivable data to Management
Prior experience using Deltek Vision is a MUST
Prior experience in a consulting/ business services company is a MUST
