Regulatory Compliance Senior
College degree, 5+ years in banking industry needed! Compliance certification and/or experience as a loan processor, loan underwriter, or QC reviewer is preferred.
Our client, a public accounting and business consulting firm, is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Senior to add to their team. Duties in this position include:
- Coordinating and managing the regulatory compliance audit process
- Developing and implementing an annual risk based compliance audit plan
- Planning, scheduling, and conducting each audit
- Preparing detailed report of violations of federal and/or state regulations and recommending corrective action
- Reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors on current quarterly audit results
- Conducting any special audits as needed
- Implementing all relevant policies regarding Equal Opportunity Employment, Code of Conduct, proper use of email, Internet, and other technology
In addition to a degree, relevant banking experience, and appropriate certificates, a successful candidate must have:
- Excellent knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and bank procedures
- Thorough PC skills, including knowledge of network and mainframe systems
- Experience in risk management or bank compliance
