 Our client, a regional public accounting company, is looking for an Audit Senior Accountant, Audit Manager & Tax Manager to join their team! 

May 30th - June 3rd

Audit Senior Accountant #19445-CDW

Commercial business experience needed.

Duties in this position include:

• Performing audit work while supervising the work of associates
• Interacting closely with the client personnel

In addition to commercial business experience, a successful candidate must have:

• CPA license or plans to take CPA exam
• Advanced technical abilities and supervisory skills
• Experience developing client relationships
• Command of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards
• Advanced degree highly preferred

Audit Manager #19444-CDW

Relevant accounting experience with CPA license or planning to take CPA exam needed!

 Duties in this position include:

• Directing several engagements simultaneously, while training staff and maintaining contact with assigned clients.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements, supervise both staff accountants and seniors
• Develop expertise in their assigned areas, and recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.

 In addition to relevant experience, a successful candidate will be technically proficient and possess outstanding leadership, mentoring, supervisory and business development skills

 *CPA license and an advanced degree is highly preferred.  Successful candidates should be planning on taking the CPA exam.

Tax Manager #19443-CDW

5+ years experience in commercial business is essential.

Duties in this position include:

• Directing multiple projects while training staff and maintaining contact with clients
• Assisting in firm administrative functions as assigned by partners
• Preparing of S corporations, C corporations, and operating partnerships/LLCs

A successful candidate must have:

• CPA license or plans to take the CPA exam
• Extensive experience with review and preparation of S corporations, C corporations, and operating partnerships/LLCs
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and foreign entity compliance desired
• Advanced degree highly preferred
