IP Litigation Paralegal - Boston

3+ years of litigation experience and exposure to IP Law/ Patent Prosecution

Our client, a trial law firm, is looking for an IP Litigation Paralegal to join their team assisting with the workload of a major industry wide patent infringement law suit, as well as other ongoing caseloads.

Primary responsibilities of the IP Paralegal include:

• Document preparation
• Legal research
• Maintain and manage litigation files
• Manage and monitor litigation court docket  
• Tracking documents, statute dates, and discovery
• Maintain case databases
• Client contact as needed

Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of litigation experience and exposure to IP Law/ Patent Prosecution
• Bachelors Degree
