Assistant to the President

Our client, a well known scholarly organization in Cambridge, is looking for an Assistant to the President.
Duties of the assistant include:
- Overseeing day to day operations of the Executive Office
- Preparation for meetings, including preparing materials
- Attending meetings with the President
- Preparing notes and action items from meetings for follow up
- Proactively anticipating President’s requirements
- Office support as needed
In addition to relevant experience, a successful candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive supervisory and organizational experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work late hours and travel
- Experience managing multiple activities in a fast paced environment
