Why do I have to meet with a Direct Hire Consultant and a Temporary Consultant?
You don't unless you are interested in temporary work while you're looking for a direct hire position. Temporary positions help keep your skills up-to-date and they are often a great way to get your foot in the door of a company!

I am working currently and don't want my employer to know I'm looking for another position. Will you contact my current employer?
Absolutely not. We will keep your job search and all details about your resume and background in strict confidence. We will only contact those individuals you name as references.

I applied with John Leonard before. Do I need to come back in?
That depends. If you have acquired new skills and your resume has changed, we will want to meet with you again. Your consultant needs to talk to you about where you are in your career and how things have changed since they last met with you. If you applied with us recently and there has not been a real change in your skills, qualifications or interests, we may be able to visit with you over the phone, instead of in person.

How will I know if it's a company I want to interview with?
When your consultant calls to tell you about a specific position, they will tell you everything about the company and the job description : location, corporate environment, benefits, dress code, and compensation or bonus structure, what you will be doing and the people you will be working with. We will answer any questions you have! Your consultant will also tell you everything you'll need for your interview if you decide it's a company and position you're interested in. You'll know exactly how to find the company, whom to ask for when you arrive, and what to expect in the interview process.
