Membership Manager #19847-JLK / JLIND11 / Boston, MA
Must have at least 5 years experience working with a membership association or non-profit organization.
Our client, a non-profit organization based in Boston, is looking for a Membership Manager. Duties for this position would include:
- Managing all services and benefits for the international membership, recruiting new members and retaining current members.
- Developing and managing annual membership budget.
- Managing recruitment efforts and processing all membership applications, renewals, and expiration notices.
- Planning and executing special membership events, conferences, member receptions and member updates.
- Writing marketing pieces, including portions of the website, blog posts and membership-related articles for monthly newsletters.
In addition to relevant experience, a successful candidate should have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working with iMIS 10 databases.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel.
