Must have 10+ years of technical experience within infrastructure support or networking design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Our client, a Boston consulting firm, is looking for a Consulting-Manager-Infrastructure Management and Outsourcing. Duties for this position would include:
- Managing multi-discipline teams of external and internal resources – overseeing work.
- Providing program management for customer implementation efforts overseeing project work streams.
- Team management oversight including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, termination, retention, professional development etc.
- Interfacing with all levels of clients and business partners.
In addition to a degree and relative experience, a successful candidate should have the following:
- 8+ years of technical experience including 4 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience.
- 4+ years of direct experience managing a diversified and high-performing team.
- Strong organizational, people and project management skills.
- Masters Degree in Computer Science very desirable.
