Candidates must have Minimum 10 years experience in discrete manufacturing, supply chain and information technology using best practices principles.
The Business Analyst Team is responsible for understanding our client's business processes and deployment of these processes in their Global Business Systems footprint. The Team works in partnership with the business process owners, super-users, and end-users, to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of their IT solutions. The IT mission is to consolidate a disparate applications environment into a common, global portfolio, centered on the Oracle eBusiness Suite with Omnify PDM, and Kewill shipping and trade compliance.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4 year degree focusing on information technology.
- Minimum 10 years experience in discrete manufacturing, supply chain and information technology using best practices principles.
- Full knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies.
- Prior experience with Oracle Supply Chain
- Demonstrated strategic thinker with experience setting priorities and managing projects
- Strong use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding customer service attitude.
- Change management experience; adept at consultative and facilitative interactions with colleagues and senior managers
- Curious and persistent eye toward continuous improvement.
