Our Client, a stable and growing IT consulting firm with an outstanding reputation for client, employee, and community excellence is seeking a Procurement/Accounting Clerk to join their team.  Responsibilities in this position would include being responsible for all aspects of the procurement process, promotion of product and service offerings, maintenance of inventory lists, preparation and analysis of periodic procurement reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts.

Candidates must be familiar with basic accounting principles and be proficient in MS Excel and be a highly motivated team player and willing to take on additional or other responsibilities as they arise.  Bookkeeper experience a plus; familiarity with QuickBooks Accounting and QuoteWerks Sales Quoting and Proposal Software is beneficial.
