Executive Assistant to President #20048-JLK / JLIND11 / Boston, MA
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of executive level support.
Our client, a prestigious nonprofit organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President. Duties for this position would include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and projects of the executive office.
- Assisting in preparation for meetings, board meetings, conferences and conference calls.
- Preparing notes and action items from meetings and communicating follow-up instructions to staff.
- Attending meetings with the President and ensuring that the meetings are executed as planned.
- Understanding the President’s routing and pro-actively anticipating support requirements.
In addition to a degree and relative experience, a successful candidate should have the following:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and outstanding follow-up skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Extensive supervisory and organizational experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, document processing and database applications.
