Our client is seeking a patent agent to work in their Philadelphia office. Duties in this position include preparing and drafting patent applications, responding to communications from the U.S. and foreign patent offices, preparing opinions, and performing patent due diligence. There is particular emphasis in electrical and mechanical devices and systems.
The ideal must be a registered patent agent with two or more years of experience as a patent agent. Attention to detail and strong writing skills are essential! Note that relocation expenses are not covered.
