JOHNLEONARD’s Engaged Search does require a small upfront Search Commitment Fee (25% of the estimated total fee). Unlike a conventional retainer, however, the Search Commitment Fee is refundable if we fail to facilitate a hire. Furthermore, this upfront fee is deducted from the total fee due following successful execution of the engagement.

Guaranteed Results:

  • Six months post hire, money back Performance Guarantee (excluding the search commitment fee)
  • If the engagement does not produce a desired hire within six months, the client can request a refund of 50% of the Search Commitment Fee and the engagement may be terminated or converted to a Contingency Search
  • Bottom-line, all the advantages of Executive Search without the financial outlay
