JOHNLEONARD has established a hybrid executive search offering called Engaged Search, which provides clients with the same level of resources, commitment and individualized service as traditional executive search but without the large upfront payments and with money-back guaranteed results.
How Does It Work?
JOHNLEONARD’s Engaged Search does require a small upfront Search Commitment Fee (25% of the estimated total fee). Unlike a conventional retainer, however, the Search Commitment Fee is partially refundable if we fail to facilitate a hire. Furthermore, this upfront fee is deducted from the total fee due following successful execution of the engagement.
- Six months post hire, money back Performance Guarantee (excluding the search commitment fee)
- If the engagement does not produce a desired hire within six months, the client can request a refund of 50% of the Search Commitment Fee and the engagement may be terminated or converted to a Contingency Search
