Salary: $50K - $80K

5 years of inside sales experience required

Our client, a leader in providing InterSystems and Healthcare Information Technology professionals on a contract consulting and direct hire placement basis, is looking to hire a Business Development/Technical Recruiter. If you have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy inside sales, apply to join this team located in the Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development/Technical Recruiter Position will stay in touch with existing and potential clients and develop new business within the InterSystems database and Healthcare I.T. industry
  • Assist with responding to RFP's and have involvement in marketing and advertising efforts; attend 3 annual 3-day industry conferences out of state and this will occur again once conferences resume
  • Call and email prospects and sell proven performers for contract and direct hire roles
  • At trade show conferences, set up meetings with prospects and customers
  • Internal resume searches in support of openings as well as with LinkedIn and other software tools
  • Locate current manager contacts where client companies are missing information and build a strong relationship with clients and their managers and technical leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of inside sales experience
  • Strong energy level, excellent communication skills, and understands proactive sales and account development
  • Detail and goal oriented
  • Comfortable being on the phone and professionally persistent
