Responsibilities

  • The Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) will be the firm’s first point of contact for visitors
  • Act as the face of the Firm and responsible for greeting our clients and guests, making them feel welcome, anticipating their needs, and maintaining the Firm’s guest-hosting areas
  • Work seamlessly with the Communications team to display digital-marketing strategies that are tailored to each current and prospective client or visitor
  • Participate in a client focused team that strategically drives, sustains, and expands prospective and current client relationships monitoring and leveraging multiple data platforms to identify opportunities to augment existing relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or concierge role
  • Law firm, professional services or hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Self-directed individual with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
