Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Representative will provide information and assistance regarding products, services or training to requesting stakeholders
  • Communicate and provide information via telephone, electronic communication and web chat
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Provide preliminary and secondary levels of technical support to stakeholders who have purchased electronic products and online trainings
  • Ensure all support requests, response attempts and eventual solution are entered and maintained in the Salesforce system

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of customer service or support experience
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of customer service
  • Well-versed in technology and comfortable working with Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and digitally
