Salary: $60K - $80K

A nonprofit organization in Concord, MA is looking to bring on an experienced Executive Assistant to their growing team. In this role, you will manage general functions of the Concord office. If you are very organized and have excellent communication skills, apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant will schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences and department activities
  • Perform desktop publishing, create and develop visual presentations for the CEO
  • Establish, develop, maintain and update filing system, library of trade journals and magazines
  • Plan and coordinate multiple presentations, disseminate information, coordinate direct mailings, and create brochures
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary and maintain 100% confidentiality with the CEO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of administrative experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
