JOHNLEONARD is seeking a skilled and attentive Financial Advisor, Service Assistant to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Financial Advisor role is based in Worcester, MA, and comes with a salary of $62,400-$72,800 and excellent benefits.

As a collaborative Financial Advisor, Service Assistant, you will directly interface with clients and provide support to senior advisors. You will also deliver high-quality service to existing and new clients by providing operational support to senior advisors regarding investment strategies, securities, and insurance.

• Explain the role and responsibilities of a personal financial advisor and the services provided to clients
• Gather financial information from clients if not already provided
• Analyze clients' financial information to determine strategies for meeting clients' financial objectives
• Research available investment opportunities to determine compatibility with clients' financial plans
• Work with senior advisors to identify appropriate products for clients

To apply for this Financial Advisor role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business management, or a related field, and at least five years of corresponding experience. You will also require the following:

• A Securities series 7 and 66 license
• A successful score on the insurance licensing exam
• Knowledge of accounting, analytical, compliance, document management, and customer relationship management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Knowledge of compliance regulations that apply to this type of work
