Our client located in Newton, MA is looking to hire a professional Inside Sales Associate that has strong interpersonal skills. The goal of the position is to support recruiting/ business development staff in efforts to identify new candidates to fill open positions and expand business within existing customers. Responsibilities

• Inside Sales Associate will locate, recruit, and evaluate candidates for contract and direct hire positions
• Reach out to clients to update current and anticipated staffing needs
• Contact existing and potential candidates/ clients through the phone, email, and social media
• Assist with responding to RFPs
• Contribute to market and advertisement efforts
• Attend up to 3 annual industry conferences out of state 
• Set up meetings with prospects and customers at conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-10 years of inside sales experience
• Strong energy level, professionalism, and communication skills
• Understand proactive sales and account development
• Strong desire to want to be on the phone
• Detail and goal-oriented
• Look to find answers independently and will ask questions after they have thought through the issue independently
• Persistent, intuitive, customer service oriented, strong problem solver, self-confident, and not afraid to make mistakes
