Responsibilities

  • Legal Recruiting Coordinator will source candidates for open positions though various reach methods
  • Screen resumes and introductory materials
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel, prepare interview informational packages
  • Communicate with search firms to advance consideration of active candidates in the pipeline
  • Maintain candidate files and track status using appropriate recruiting databases and reports
  • Engage in local and national legal recruiting organizations
  • Work collaboratively with Legal Recruiting Department staff to support other functional areas, special projects and general department administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience within a law firm or other professional services firm or campus recruiting for consulting, accounting, or financial firms highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Creative problem solving skills, reasoning ability and logical thought process
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
