Responsibilities

  • Legal Secretary/Paralegal will proofread and edit documents
  • Screen telephone calls
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule calendar appointments
  • Make travel arrangements/planning client events
  • File set-up and maintenance
  • Photocopy and scan client documents into system
  • Create Estate Plan binders for clients
  • Time-entry and billing
  • Help develop marketing plan and strategy
  • Design and complete electronic newsletter

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of legal secretary experience
  • Experienced in Estate Planning and Estate Administration is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
