A law firm in Boston is seeking a mid-level Associate with 6+ years of litigation experience to join its Boston office. This full-time legal role offers a salary of $95K-$110K and a fantastic benefits package for your knowledge and skills.
Their sophisticated litigation practice includes handling complex trial matters, primarily in the fields of construction, general and professional liability, insurance, and commercial law. This is a hybrid position.
As an Associate at the firm, you will assist with all phases of litigation from intake through trial. You will settle cases at mediation, take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions in court, and communicate directly with experts and clients.
The ideal Associate will possess superior academic credentials, 6+ years of relevant law firm litigation experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. MA bar admission is required, and RI and CT also are preferred. You must be able to perform well at the above tasks and work well with clients and others at the firm.
