The Associate will work primarily on Delaware and national commercial and general litigation for a growing practice area of the firm.
To apply for this role, you will need 4-8 years of litigation experience and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. You will also require a Delaware or Pennsylvania bar license, pending admission, or limited practice privilege.
