Onboarding Program Analyst
Salary: $55K - $60K

A technology staffing company in Reading, MA is looking to hire a pro-active Onboarding Program Analyst. In this role, you will maintain awareness of current trends within their allocated offices as it pertains to volume, client specific knowledge, and outside processes pertaining to the client.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding Program Analyst will manage client compliance, including but not limited to, onboarding requirements inclusive of background checks, drug testing, and client required documents
- Set-up compliant onboarding packages, checklists, and notify all needed parties of updates, changes, or additions
- Manage quarterly calls with vendors to determine if SLAs are being exceeded based on agreements, address ongoing systematic issues, customer service, and other points of escalation
- Design client required background check packages in all applicable background check systems
- Notify and train Onboarding Program Team members on specific client needs
- Partner with background vendors to identify any gaps, inconsistencies, and manage vendor relationships
- When new background vendors are client required, verify all systems are implemented appropriately and create Standard Operating Procedures around them timely
- Fully audit starts for both internal and external compliance as well as issuing approvals to Onboarding Program Coordinators
- Analyze I-9 completions on a weekly basis and issue correction guidance as needed to Onboarding Program Coordinators
- Design team data reporting to include (but not limited to) starts per office, time to onboard, field feedback surveys, and other reporting duties as determined by the Onboarding Program Manager
- Conduct and respond to all client audits
- Manage all changes and determine areas of improvement within eStaff 365 to include mapping of documents, process improvements, vendor permissions, escalated trouble tickets, and contract compliance
- Create and implement new processes and procedures as needed to adjust to changing and expanding client and industry trends; maintaining client and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of data analysis experience; pulling data, analyzing data trends and gap analysis
- Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
