A consulting organization in Reading, MA is looking to hire a pro-active Onboarding Program Coordinator. In this role, you will maintain awareness of current trends within their allocated offices as it pertains to volume, client specific knowledge, outside processes pertaining to the client.   • Onboarding Program Coordinator will complete consultant onboarding with accuracy and accountability
  • Own onboarding and customer care during onboarding process from end to end
  • Maintain client, federal and state compliance at all times
  • Assist with documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks
  • Model superior customer service during all interactions; both internal and external
  • Manage consultant files with accuracy
  • Complete all assigned client audits timely and documents results
  • Complete all components of approval and set up for new suppliers
  • Make FLSA determinations as needed based on review of job data and duties test
  • Review background/drug screening as well as other onboarding items to ensure compliance with client agreements
  • Mastery of eStaff 365 in the onboarding capacity


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of Human Resources or relevant staffing/onboarding experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state and client compliance
  • Advanced knowledge of eStaff 365, E-Verify platforms and various background screening vendors
  • High-level of analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
