Salary: $43K - $45K

1 year of HR or relevant staffing/onboarding experience required

An award winning IT staffing agency in the Greater Boston Area is looking to hire an Onboarding Program Manager. The primary focus of this position is to support the Sales and Recruiting in various areas of consultant onboarding, compliance, client contractual obligations and process improvements for the team. Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Program Manager will review SLAs of each vendor
  • Develop/maintain internal audit procedures to include confirmation that client requirements have been exceeded
  • Review, analyze and create processes surrounding client requirements and system related functionality
  • Create client audit process framework, file mapping and conducts internal audits
  • Map and revise client and internal onboarding documents in eStaff 365 as needed
  • Review onboarding metric reporting and compile data
  • Serve as key liaison with all vendors
  • Manage creation, auditing and accuracy of all client packages
  • Track site access for the Onboarding Program Team, vendor rep contact info and details on unique screening systems
  • Coordinate OPT training to include webinars, offsite events, etc.

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of HR or relevant staffing/onboarding experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level of analytical and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
