Do you have a developed background in customer service? A well-known orthodontist boutique in Boston is looking for a Patient Experience Manager who has experience helping guests in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Experience Manager will manage new patient sign up tracker and talk patients through sign up
  • Set up patient profiles on various sites
  • Follow up with patients that did not start treatment/did not show to the appointment
  • Send out appointment reminders/follow ups (via phone, text, email)
  • Answer phone calls and relay patient concerns to Doctor
  • Ship items to out-of-state patients, packing, notating in axpm, and scheduling pick ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of customer service/hospitality experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized individual who can pass on information in an efficient manner
  • Comfortable answering a high-volume of phone calls
