As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, filing benefit claims and reimbursements, and providing support to the Director of HR and other team members.

In this Payroll and Benefits Specialist role, you can expect to:

• Administer payroll in a timely and accurate manner using ADP software
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll
• File claims with healthcare carriers and administrate health reimbursements
• Be responsible for 5500 filings

This position requires a good understanding of payroll and healthcare benefits. You will also need Excel skills (pivot table not required, but must be able to use all formulas) as the position requires a lot of crunching and auditing.

You'll receive a salary of $80K-$100K and an excellent benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
