Salary: $80K - $90K

An event management software company for hospitality is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee the company’s SEO/SEM/PPC strategy which includes planning, implementing, and optimizing its digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Manager will plan, develop, implement, and optimize SEO/SEM/PPC strategy 
  • Manage Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft (Bing), and Capterra advertising accounts for customer growth and conversions
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Execute A/B and multi-variant tests, collect and analyze data and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Identify new content needs to enhance organic search efforts
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising campaigns
  • Prepare and present reports 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in a digital advertising or campaign management role
  • 4+ years experience with Google Campaign, Ad Manager, and marketing automation systems
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions through data analysis and reporting; Excel/Google Sheet advanced level experience required as well as Google Analytics
  • Experience in or understanding of a SaaS organization
  • Experience executing within marketing technology tools 
  • Demonstrated ability to set up campaign strategy and execution that is dependent on lead and revenue objectives, then being able to report against those campaigns across multiple or a single platform
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and impact on the company’s success
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Has an understanding and passion for the hospitality industry
