A local staffing agency is looking to hire a Recruiter to be responsible for identifying and approaching candidates within their target markets. Apply to this exciting opportunity to add value by identifying high-potential candidates, and by making effective client/candidate matches.

Responsibilities 

  • Recruiter will hold colleagues accountable to the high standards demanded by the company, ensuring the culture and values of the business are consistently upheld 
  • Partner with the Sales team to develop candidate-identification strategies for clients’ job openings 
  • Provide expert opinion and guidance on the viability of a client’s search requirements, participating in job briefing calls whenever possible 
  • Use a quality-driven approach and a broad range of techniques to identify all qualified candidates for a given role 
  • Develop a clear understanding of candidates’ motivations, skills and knowledge, and clearly communicate these qualities to internal partners 
  • Prepare resumes in line with company quality standards, prior to client submittal - thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews and communicate detailed client feedback upon their conclusion 
  • Coach candidates through offer, acceptance, resignation, and start processes, conducting reference checks on candidates as required 
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal partners throughout a search, so that they can effectively consult their clients 
  • Generate qualified business leads through candidate interaction, passing them to the Sales team for further development

Requirements

  • 6 months-1 year of recruiting experience 
  • Demonstrate core company values of Communication, Partnership, Quality, and Expertise 
  • Aptitude for building strong internal and external relationships 
  • Consistently strong work ethic; resilient in the face of setbacks
  • Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal/team goals 
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities
  • Process-driven; utilizes CRM effective
