Salary: $65K - $75K

2+ years of recruiting experience within a law firm required

A top Boston law firm is looking to hire a Recruiting and Development Coordinator to collaborate with and support fellow members of the Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Department. Apply if you want to carry out the firm’s recruiting, training, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and Development Coordinator will be responsible for timely and accurate upkeep of legal recruiting database
  • Update and maintain internal databases and reports, career section of firm’s website, and other promotional recruiting materials
  • Coordinate candidate interview schedules
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new attorneys and technology specialists
  • Assist with the implementation of internal training programs and monitors attendance by legal professionals
  • Support the firm’s summer associate, technology specialist, and intern programs
  • Support the firm’s annual performance review process for associates and technology specialists
  • Maintain records of professional credentials and monitors compliance of practitioners
  • Assist with logistics for on-campus recruiting and related student outreach programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience within a law firm
  • Knowledge of legal recruiting databases (viRecruit and/or LawCruit) preferred
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly organized, accurate, and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
