Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Project Manager 

Salary: Up to $75K

2-4 years of experience in project management with concentrations and interests in employee healthcare and corporate compliance required

An industry-leader Third Party Administrator is seeking a Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Project Manager to be responsible for project management of various regulatory and compliance initiatives for the company. Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Project Manager will establish and identify key players within the company for Regulatory Affairs and Compliance project teams
  • Gather project team members and establish reoccurring meetings and agenda
  • Oversee the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance focused project from start to finish or “lights on” implementation
  • Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or update requirements
  • Draft, modify, and implement company policies
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of evolving  state and federal regulations that impact clients’ plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management with concentrations and interests in emplolyee healthcare and corporate compliance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations governing employee benefits
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar PC based programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently and accurately in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of the team
  • Ability to work within specified timeframes and meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand and apply technical legal rules in an employee benefits context and communicate regulatory requirements in plain language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels with diverse internal and external stakeholders
