The litigation practice you will be working for represents clients in numerous industries including public utilities, energy, manufacturing, distributors, real estate development, education, and financial services.
In your first few weeks in this Senior Litigation Associate role, you can expect to:
- Work with the partners
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, etc., with minimal supervision
- Manage most phases of litigation with little or no partner supervision
- Work as part of a team.
This position requires 7 to 10 years of litigation experience and a good academic background with a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school. You must be licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts (Member of the Massachusetts Bar) (Multiple state Bar admissions are a plus).
