T-DH Administrative Assistant #30919

Are you highly organized and have excellent calendar management experience? JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time T-DH Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Project Management at a welcoming and inclusive company.

The T-DH Administrative Assistant will work as part of the Admin Team and can expect to work directly for the Office Manager, President, and CEO. You'll work on Ad Hoc projects for project managers in the office, such as drafting and preparing contracts, data entry, following up with vendors, etc.

To give you an idea of how this Administrative Assistant role will look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as distributing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, photocopying, updating various spreadsheets, compiling records, and distributing documents, internet research and information retrieval
  • Use advanced desktop application skills to develop correspondence, reports, and agendas
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and book conference rooms, events, and conference calls
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations under the direction of the responsible party

You must have technical experience in cloud-based systems and excellent organizational skills to apply for this Admin position. Additional qualifications include:

  • Ability to maintain confidential work relationships to provide high-level administrative support required in the performance of assigned duties and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent calendar management experience
  • Previous construction/development experience
  • Experience using AIA documents and ProCore project management software
