T-DH Payroll and Benefits Administrator 

Salary: $85K - $90K

3+ years of Human Resources experience required

A real estate firm located in Boston is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to add to their team. In this role, you will oversee all things related to payroll and benefits for the team, including time card management, addition and removal of benefits, and accurate deductions for benefits processed in payroll. 

Responsibilities

  • Payroll and Benefits Administrator will review all team time cards on at least bi-weekly basis, adjusting for any corrections as needed
  • Process both a weekly and bi-weekly team payroll
  • Track any payroll changes or additions, such as commissions, bonuses, or cost center adjustments
  • Monitor Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, on-call hours, and overtime for all team members each pay period and annually
  • Submit 401(k) contributions in a timely fashion
  • Create, process, and distribute all required payroll reports
  • Monitor all year-end payroll items including W2s, 1095-Cs, PTO roll over, etc.
  • Administer benefits and serve as a benefit resource for new hires and those who have become benefit eligible
  • Terminate team members in benefit plans and in payroll and provides all necessary and timely payroll and termination processes
  • Work directly with insurance broker to ensure all benefit pricing and plan details are accurate
  • Take a large role with benefit Open Enrollment to share any changes with the team and to administer any plan changes
  • Process all team status change items and ensure accurate information is updated in payroll
  • Manage all Leave of Absences by send FMLA, STD, LTD, and/or paid FMLA information
  • Enter payroll information annual on the site budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience 
  • Must have experience with TriNet or similar HRIS system
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong written, verbal communication and listening skills
  • Excellent organization, time management and priority setting skills
