T-DH Receptionist

Salary: $47K-$52K

1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional work environment required

A global nonprofit organization is hiring a T-DH Receptionist for its Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills and techniques while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the nonprofit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist will share reception duties with other Receptionist
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls to main reception line
  • Provide administrative support to a member of the Management team, including calendaring and scheduling management, travel arrangements and time and expense reports
  • Meet and greet all arriving guests
  • Assist teams with data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain and order necessary office supplies from appropriate vendors
  • Manage conference room and equipment schedule
  • Field general office inquiries (From external and internal sources)
  • Liaise with copier and fax technicians for repairs, supply re-order, etc.
  • Liaise with Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, etc for all incoming and outgoing packages
  • Maintain mailboxes/nameplates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience and comfort with technology and databases
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation necessary
  • Articulate and polished communication style
