T-DH Water Care/Service Technician #30718

JOHNLEONARD is looking for a passionate, service-oriented T-DH Water Care/Service Technician to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team. This full-time Water Care/Service Technician role is based in Boston and offers a generous salary and benefits package.

As a skilled T-DH Water Care/Service Technician, you will service equipment at the customer’s location. You will be dispatched from your home and given a service vehicle. Work orders will be assigned and updated through a company-managed iPhone using the latest software in the industry.

To give you an idea of how this Service Technician role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Service, refurbish, and maintain hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas both in-house and in the field in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate and work with customers in a friendly, professional way, discuss any added service they may need, and provide pricing
• Work with service writers if any changes or additional service needs to be scheduled
• Do everything possible to complete a service call before leaving the customer’s home
• Provide water care services to maintenance contract customers at their homes

To succeed in this T-DH Water Care/Service Technician job, you must be comfortable working independently out in the field and have excellent customer service skills. You will also require good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. In addition, you should be comfortable working off a mobile device (iPhone) and have a valid driver’s license and DOT card. You must also be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs to stock the company vehicle and from vehicle to hot tub, sometimes walking a distance. Comfortable working in all-weather/climate conditions and the ability to work extended hours as needed is also essential.
