An asset management firm in Boston is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the firm’s recruiting team. If you enjoy developing relationships with management, candidates, and external recruiters, apply to this entry-level position!

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator will quickly develop a thorough understanding of firm’s culture, unique qualities, and existing recruiting processes
  • Manage all aspects of firm’s internship recruiting and experience, including creatively sourcing candidates, building brand awareness, collecting and standardizing evaluations, and ensuring a positive intern experience
  • Assume responsibility for initial resume screening and phone interviews, producing job descriptions, managing the onboarding process, and standardizing training modules for new hires
  • Assess potential applicant tracking systems, with the goal of making a product recommendation to management and overseeing a firm-wide roll out of the product within a year
  • Liaise with department leaders to ensure that a consistent and structured recruiting process is used across teams and roles
  • Actively seek and develop new sourcing methods for candidates, including building strong relationships with external recruiters
  • Design and implement metrics to assess firm's hiring process, including tracking successful candidates' performances over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Detail-oriented
