Responsibilities

  • Administrative Assistant will manage the front office activities; answering the main front door, greeting and directing visitors, and maintaining the reception area
  • Answer company telephone and re-direct calls to appropriate team members
  • Purchase office furniture, equipment etc.
  • Provide all packing slips, invoices, receipts to Finance
  • Assist with daily lunch catering (set-up, supervision, clean-up)
  • Participate in the Safety Committee Meetings, candidate will chair the committee, provide agenda and record minutes
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events and in special department projects
  • Set up/breakdown projector for Lunch & Learn meetings in the cafeteria
  • Update Lunch-O-Matic with time off requests from Paylocity notifications
  • Update new driver or renewed license information for cargo van use and send to Insurance company
  • Prepare Employee Birthday Celebration Events

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
