Responsibilities

  • Administrative Assistant will participate in trainings, utilize help guides and videos to gain deeper knowledge, field questions and coordinate with I.T. to get answers
  • Prepare reports maximizing information in Andar
  • Code newly identified prospects, make corrections to existing records, collect information from donors and volunteers, and periodically conduct further research
  • Respond directly to requests and questions from donors, volunteers, staff and others
  • Research and verify information to assure accuracy and reliability of the data
  • Create invitation lists, nametags/tents and personalized pledge materials, recording RSVPs and attendees, and other onsite logistical activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of administrative experience; experience in a fundraising setting preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in database applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
