One of Boston’s largest nonprofit organizations is in search for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Marketing & Events Department during their busy campaign and fundraising season. If you are highly creative and organized, take a look at this great opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Assistant will ensure contracts are signed, completed and filed appropriately
  • Ensure Insurance certificates are in place
  • Put together marketing/event packets
  • Create name tags for events (mail merge)
  • Update Excel Spreadsheets with RSVP's
  • Keep track of supplies for the Department
  • Enter in Staff time in excel spreadsheets, pulling reports if necessary
  • Make phone calls out to follow up on attendance, answer emails, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superior computer skills (word/excel)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
