Responsibilities 

  • Administrative Assistant will order supplies and maintain supply inventory
  • Keep equipment in good operating order
  • Assist in maintaining the master calendar of staff activities and schedules
  • Maintain office records
  • Operate and maintain a variety of office equipment which may include computers, calculators, and copiers
  • Secretarial duties: type, set up, and maintain files, answer/screen phone calls, make appointments, provide reminders, reply to routine correspondence/draft letters for supervisor's approval, and prepare mailings
  • Process and prepare reports and other materials
  • Gather, copy and collate materials for distribution

Requirements

  • 2 years of related office experience
  • Typing and computer experience
  • Excellent communications skills, especially on the telephone
  • Friendly, outgoing individual and able to provide efficient, courteous customer service
  • Highly organized 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
