Responsibilities
- Administrative Assistant will order supplies and maintain supply inventory
- Keep equipment in good operating order
- Assist in maintaining the master calendar of staff activities and schedules
- Maintain office records
- Operate and maintain a variety of office equipment which may include computers, calculators, and copiers
- Secretarial duties: type, set up, and maintain files, answer/screen phone calls, make appointments, provide reminders, reply to routine correspondence/draft letters for supervisor's approval, and prepare mailings
- Process and prepare reports and other materials
- Gather, copy and collate materials for distribution
Requirements
- 2 years of related office experience
- Typing and computer experience
- Excellent communications skills, especially on the telephone
- Friendly, outgoing individual and able to provide efficient, courteous customer service
- Highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
