Responsibilities

  • Assistant General Manager will interview, select, coach, and support all associates
  • Mange total hotel guest satisfaction – monitor and resolve all customer complaints; anticipate hotel complaints and monitor operational issues
  • Manage the hotel front desk staff to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee the housekeeping manager to ensure rooms are clean and presentable
  • Interact with all departments to ensure strategy set forth by sales and revenue team is consistent
  • Perform other duties as directed by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in word, excel, PowerPoint and database programs; experience with PMS systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
