Our client is seeking a Temporary Campaign Services professional to assist the Campaign Service team in managing workplace giving campaigns for approximately 75 companies throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Apply if you have strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Services will manage customer service email inbox (MS Outlook): Respond to donor inquires in a timely manner, triage technical issues, escalate issues to tier-2 support or other departments as necessary
  • Prepare data files for upload into CRM system: Perform quality assurance checks on employee data files received from companies, edit files to conform to system standards
  • Assist with set up and testing of electronic pledge sites: Add content to websites and emails for electronic pledge campaigns, perform site walkthroughs to ensure content and settings are correctly displayed
  • Report campaign results: Run standard reports and create ad hoc reports on an as-needed basis
  • Perform special duties or complete special projects as requested by Director, Senior Director, or Senior Management

Requirements

  • Prior work in the not-for-profit is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong skills (intermediate to advanced level) in Microsoft Excel plus knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and JavaScript desired
