Responsibilities

  • Director of Finance will enter bills
  • Complete payroll reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Take minutes at Finance Committee meetings
  • Prepare and send AR invoices
  • Monitor unrestricted cash flow
  • Assist with finalizing financial statement audit filing Form 990 and PC (mostly administrative-related)
  • Generate reports for development team and other internal teams

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience working at a non-profit
  • CPA, Master’s Degree or comparable education/work experience preferred
  • Experience with Bill.com, Tallie and TriNet preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
