  • Coordinate all event-related activities including timelines, mailing list cultivation, and distribution, invitation design, timelines, nametags, etc.
  • Complete a variety of tasks within the Marketing and Business Development Department


  • Event planning experience 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
