Responsibilities

  • Event Assistant will provide support for an upcoming event
  • Manage guest responses and RSVPs
  • Follow up on registrations
  • Assist with organizing sponsor’s logos
  • Gather pictures and videos necessary to promote the event

Requirements 

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent computer skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
